Shipping Policy 
Thank you for visiting and shopping at SatoriMob.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date :

Order Processing: 

  • The amount of time it takes to prepare your order for shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, however, orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will not be processed until the following business day. 
    • Transit Time: Estimated time of arrival for packaging will depend on the courier used at time of shipping. Please keep record with your tracking information we sent with your confirmation email at your time of shipment. 

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Customs, Duties, Tariffs and Taxes 
    Satori Mob is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Damages     
    Satori Mob is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    Shipping  

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES ONCE WE HAVE SHIPPED YOUR PACKAGE. 

    Clients are encouraged to purchase additional shipping insurance for your packages in case of damages or loss. If any loss occurs, clients will be responsible to submit a claim to the shipment provider (USPS/UPS/DHL etc.) in order to recover any lost funds from any loss or damages of any packages en route to/from your destination with Satori Mob.     International Shipping Policies
    Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. Please note that items ship directly from the vendors and it is up to their discretion whether to ship internationally. Orders can take up to 10 business days to process and be shipped.
